Wrongful Death
- Construction company left opening in floor during remodeling. Owner of the house fell through the unguarded hole and died the next day from his injuries. Settlement $500,000.
- Young boy burned by scalding water and taken by ambulance to the children’s hospital. Treated and released from hospital the next day. He died of infection 5 days later.
