Q: I really don’t like frivolous lawsuits, and I think they are a real problem in this country.

A: We agree. We don’t like frivolous lawsuits, either. That’s why we don’t file them. When someone comes to us and asks us to represent her, we spend a lot of time gathering facts before we agree to be her lawyers. Why? Because we ultimately may have to file a lawsuit and try the case – and we don’t want to clog the courts and waste people’s precious time and money on lawsuits that have no merit. That’s just not right or fair.
