Q: Will I have to pay towing and storage costs?
A: If there is no dispute about who was at fault, the insurance company for the driver who caused the accident normally will pay the reasonable towing and storage costs (if necessary) of your car. If the insurance company declares the car a total loss, it will have the car moved to a wrecking yard or a free storage area. If you refuse to allow the insurance company to move your car, however, you will have to pay the storage costs from the day of your refusal forward, or you can pay to have it towed to your home.

I was in an accident, and my airbags deployed. I have a few bruises but otherwise feel okay. Should I still go to a doctor?
I was recently in a car accident. I haven't been to the doctor, but I'm beginning to feel sore and stiff. Should I go to the doctor now even though it's been several days since the accident?
