Would you take a ‘small’ medical malpractice case?

A:

No.  The court system is simply not set up to give a remedy to people who have small medical malpractice cases.  If you were not significantly or permanently injured by a doctor’s medical error, we cannot help you.  Frankly, we do not believe it benefits the injured person to go through the expense and aggravation and stress of prosecuting a medical malpractice claim when the chances of being fully repaid for your losses are slim.
