Sandra Rohrstaff is named one of the Influential Women of Virginia 2009

Sandra was among 28 women from around Virginia who were honored by being named by Virginia Lawyers Weekly one of the Influential Women of Virginia for 2009.  Although Virginia Lawyers Weekly is a publication for lawyers, the honorees were not limited to women lawyers.  In addition to lawyers and judges, the group included women active in health care, education, the arts and business.  Sandra was recognized for her many years of leadership in various bar groups, including being the third woman President of the Virginia Trial Lawyers since it was formed 50 years ago, and for her activities in the communitiy,

From the 28 honorees, Justice Barbara Keenan, who presently sits on the Virginia Supreme Court, was chosen as the Most Influential Woman of Virginia for 2009.
