I was in an accident, and my airbags deployed. I have a few bruises but otherwise feel okay. Should I still go to a doctor?
I was recently in a car accident. I haven't been to the doctor, but I'm beginning to feel sore and stiff. Should I go to the doctor now even though it's been several days since the accident?
- How much car insurance do I really need?
Do I need uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) insurance if I was hit by someone with a nice, expensive car? Don't they have their own insurance?
- The other driver’s insurance company sent me some forms to fill out and sign – something about medical records and bills. I started to fill it out and return it, but I wonder – should I? Don’t I have to give the insurance company information?
- Will my insurance premiums go up because I was in an accident, even if it wasn’t my fault?
- The other driver was given a ticket, and I was told about the date of the hearing. I will have to miss work if I go to the hearing. Do I have to go to court for that?
